The public website is marketing-only. Patient scheduling and intake happen in a secure patient portal.

1) Marketing site vs. patient data

• Marketing website (Wix Studio): practice info, services, locations, and business inquiries.

• Secure portal (Carepatron): scheduling, intake forms, messaging, and any PHI.

 

2) What we do NOT do on the website

• We do not collect medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, or insurance details on public forms

• We do not encourage patients to submit sensitive health data through the website

 

3) How secure booking works

Patients click “Book Securely” and are redirected to the clinic’s secure portal for scheduling and intake.
