1) Plans covered

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Doctive.org for Doctive subscription plans and setup fees (“Services”).

2) Refund eligibility

60-day money-back guarantee (recommended for your offer):
If you cancel within 60 days of purchase, you may request a refund of subscription fees paid during that period, subject to the exclusions below.

3) Non-refundable items (typical)

Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees

  • Third-party platform fees already incurred on your behalf

  • Custom work completed and delivered (if applicable)

 

4) How to request a refund

Email [support@doctive.org] with:

  • Practice name

  • Purchaser name

  • Purchase email

  • Reason for request (optional)

 

5) Cancellations

You can cancel at any time effective at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

 

6) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
